NVT Annual Lecture Evening – 6.30pm Thursday 5th November 2026 at the Union Jack Club

Save the date in your diary, for the next Nyika Vwaza Trust London event. This year our speaker will be Dr Jamie MacCallum, UK Director of the Peace Parks Foundation.

The Peace Parks Foundation are the Malawi Government’s technical partner for the Nyika Vwaza Co Management Trust (NVCMT) established in 2024 . NVCMT is responsible for the management of both the Nyika National Park and Vwaza Marsh Game Reserve. Jamie will be telling us on the work NVCMT is carrying out in within the parks and the in the surrounding communities.

The Nyika Vwaza Trust is currently funding the NVCMT Research Coordinator – a key role in their senior management team.

There will be a short update on Nyika-Vwaza UK Trust activities and time to network with old and new friends with an interest in Malawi.
